This e-book is a great resource for both yoga students and yoga instructors. Dean does a great job of breaking each pose down in an easy-to-understand manner, and the photographs illustrate each pose from multiple angles. I especially like his modifications and tips for bringing a deeper quality to the pose or backing off so that the pose can be practiced in a safe manner. This e-book should be at the top of the list for yogis at any stage of their practice!
A very well written and organized primer for basic yoga. Dean provides the why, where and how of each pose and shows multiple angles of each so you can get it right when doing them yourself. The author's introduction serves as a genuine testimonial that yoga works for all who work it. Highly recommend this book.
